For this reason, products have a 2-3 working day production time.

NOTE:

  • Express and Expedited shipments may be delayed an average of 1 week. Premium Standard and Standard shipments to most countries or territories may experience delays averaging 3-4 weeks.

  • Delivery destination may indicate nearest post office rather than customer's address.

  • This Shipping policy is effective starting October 22 2021.​

RETURNS POLICY

​

Due to hygiene & safety reasons, returns are not acceptable for face masks and earrings. However, exceptions can be made if the accessories are unworn and in their original packaging.

​

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.

​

The items you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original pouch or card provided. Items that appear worn or used can't be refunded.

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.

​

Refunds will be made minus the postage cost.

​

International Returns:

All international shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please ensure that you state you are 'returning to seller' in the reason for export field on your postage label. You must also state that the item is of no retail value, as we cannot accept customs charges to receive your return. We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service to return your item(s) as we cannot refund/exchange items that don't reach us safely. Please note we do NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS ENTERED

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible via email at weecutedesigns@gmail.com

​

If the package shipped with a tracking number issues a £10 'return to sender' fee, a further £15 postage fee will be charged for International orders.

For UK orders with a £5 'return to sender' fee, a further £5 postage fee will be charged.

PARCEL RETURNED TO SENDER/FAILED DELIVERY

​

If a package was returned to sender due to 'Delivery Attempted - No Answer' with a £10 'return to sender' fee, a further £15 postage fee will be charged for International orders.

For UK orders with a £5 'return to sender' fee, a further £5 postage fee will be charge.

PRE-ORDERS & BACK-ORDERS

​

For all pre-/back-orders, please note that the estimated delivery time is a guide only & items can be shipped before or after this date.

​

UK Customers - If your order contains both in-stock & pre-/back-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders.

​

International Customers - All of your items will be shipped together when your pre-/back-order items are in stock.
