Brand Ambassador

OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Wee-Cute Designs.

By requesting to join as a Wee-Cute Brand Ambassador you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

​

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY

  • You must promote us to your Instagram and/or Facebook account, TikTok and YouTube channel to qualify.

  • Wee-Cute Designs will review the audience and engagement metrics of your social media presence to determine eligibility, and its determination of eligibility is final and not open to challenge and/or appeal.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
Your participation in the Program and use of your Rewards Code (as defined below) constitute your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions, as well as Wee-Cute Design’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program

SECTION 3 - MEMBERSHIP

  • You will be upgraded to the status of Wee-Cute Brand Ambassador once you signed up and we approve your application.

  • Once your application has been approved, you cannot change or remove your connected social media accounts. Please contact us via email if you require the amendment or removal of any of your connected accounts.

SECTION 4 - REWARDS CODE

  • You can create your own customised Ambassador Code for your followers to use when applying for the Program.

  • The customised Code must be 7-12 characters in length and can only consist of capital letters and Arabic numerals.

  • You should not customise or promote your Code in a manner that could be interpreted as impersonating, representing, or claiming relation to a third party in an effort to generate Credit. 

  • We reserve the right to deactivate your new customised Code if we find the code to be inappropriate or objectionable at our sole discretion.

SECTION 5 - GENERAL PERSONAL RESTRICTIONS

  • You may share your Code on your personal blog or personal social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc.) subject to the terms and conditions of those accounts. However, your social media profile shall not contain an avatar or any other content that could be interpreted as being managed by, or otherwise related to or associated with, Wee-Cute Designs.

  • Your social media account username cannot include, contain or otherwise resemble the word “Wee-Cute”.

  • Your blog, website or social media pages may not resemble Wee-Cute’s website or include any content that could imply an affiliation with Wee-Cute Designs.

  • You may email your Ambassador Code using your personal email or using the share icon found on Wee-Cute Design’s website. However, such emails cannot look as if they are being sent or sponsored by Wee-Cute Designs.

  • You may not create or utilise any client side application (browser plugin, extension, executable, etc.) on any device that might imply affiliation with Wee-Cute Designs.

  • Wee-Cute Designs reserves the right to immediately void your Ambassador Code if fraudulent promotions or other conduct, including but not limited to the examples listed.

SECTION 6 - WEE-CUTE INFLUENCER SPONSORSHIP

  • We will collaborate with outstanding influencers in the form of giveaways, product reviews or coupons sponsored by Wee-Cute Designs. Your performance will be reviewed from time to time by Wee-Cute Designs, and selected influencers will be informed of collaboration opportunities.

SECTION 7 - SPONSORED PRODUCTS

  • From time to time, Wee-Cute Designs may offer free products to influencers (“Sponsored Products”) in exchange for promotional considerations (as defined below).

  • All participating Brand Ambassadors claiming and receiving Sponsored Products must create content (“Content”) or, if specified or required by Wee-Cute Designs, perform promotional activities with Sponsored Products on the Facebook or Instagram account, or YouTube channel they have registered with Wee-Cute Designs. Brand Ambassadors must submit links as proof of Content via email.

  • Only links to Instagram posts or YouTube videos will be considered valid links for proof of Content. Unless specified otherwise, links to other content or social media will not be considered as valid submissions for the purposes of this program.

  • Sponsored Products offered are only available while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis. Only the product option (colour, size, etc.) indicated as “free” qualifies as a Sponsored Product. Alternative options do not count as Sponsored Products and will not be given for free.

  • Influencers may only request ONE (1) Sponsored Product per calendar month.

  • Influencers may only request ONE (1) sponsored product per batch offering of sponsored products.

  • Sponsored Products are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed or resold for cash.

  • Requests to change or cancel existing orders to add a Sponsored Product will not be entertained.

  • If you choose to check out with only a Sponsored Product in their shopping bag, you are required to pay shipping fees and other miscellaneous or ancillary fees (if any).

SECTION 8 - MEMBERSHIP, STATUS SUSPENSION & BANNING

  • Brand Ambassadors will be banned from the Program if they create content featuring Wee-Cute Designs products or the Wee-Cute Designs brand name that also includes the following:

    • Curses, obscenities or profanity

    • Racist or discriminatory content

    • Sexual content such as nudity or sexually explicit images or video

    • Comments responding to or copying content created by other influencers or content creators

    • “Spam” content

    • Off-topic discussion

  • Ambassadors will be automatically banned from the Program if they are determined by Wee-Cute Designs to have caused brand damage by posting and spreading inappropriate content, such as the examples previously listed, via comments or private messages on any social media channels, or have conducted themselves in a manner that could be interpreted as bringing Wee-Cute Designs into disrepute.

  • Ambassadors will be suspended from claiming Sponsored Products if they request more than one (1) Sponsored Product in a calendar month.

  • When claiming Sponsored Products, Brand Ambassadors will be granted a quota of TWO (2) Sponsored Products that do not have proof of Content. If a Brand Ambassador receives two Sponsored Products without submitting proof of Content, they will be suspended from the right to claim other Sponsored Products until proof of Content is submitted via email.

  • Brand Ambassadors will be banned from the Program if they perform any of the following actions after claiming Sponsored Products:

    • Resell a Sponsored Product to a third party

    • Deliberately submit incorrect or invalid proof of Content

  • Wee-Cute Designs reserves the right to immediately void Commission, suspend or ban Influencers, and/or void Wee-Cute membership (including “Wee-Cute Brand Ambassador” status) if any fraudulent activity, abuse or conduct, including but not limited to the examples listed above, is detected or suspected.

SECTION 9 - LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • By requesting to join the Program you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • Only Wee-Cute Designs accounts verified with an email address and social media profile can be associated with the Program. Once enrolled in the Program, you will not be eligible to join any other affiliate platforms. Wee-Cute Designs reserves the right to void Commission, disqualify Wee-Cute Brand Ambassador membership and/or, in extreme cases, take legal actions if any fraudulent activity or abuse is detected or suspected.

  • Wee-Cute Designs reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. However, Wee-Cute Designs will make reasonable efforts to notify members of these changes. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon public posting the revisions.

  • Should there be any disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, Wee-Cute Designs decision is final.

  • These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and all relevant parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

  • If discrepancies exist between the English Terms & Conditions and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.

  • Wee-Cute Designs reserves the right to make changes to its Terms & Conditions at any time, and you are encouraged to visit this website from time to time for details.
